Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 lb Boneless Pork Loin (cubed)
  • 1 lb Pineapple (cubed)
  • 1/4 Cup Peanut Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup White Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Dry Sherry
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 Green Onions (diced)
  • 2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Ginger

Instruction

  • In a mixing bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients and mix till combined.
  • Add the cubed pork and pineapple to the marinade, and toss till everything is coated in the marinade. Cover and place in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
  • If you are using wooden skewers soak them in water so they don't burn.
  • After marinating time, remove the pork and pineapple chunks and discard the remaining marinade.
  • Prepare the skewers by alternating a piece of pork and a piece of pineapple on the skewers.
  • Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning them regularly on all sides. The internal temperature of the pork should be 145°F.
  • Remove the skewers from the grill, and serve immediately.
