Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 round slices pineapple ((each ½ inch thick))
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instruction

  • Cut each slice of pineapple into semi circles.
  • Combine granulated sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Mix well. Sprinkle over pineapple slices on both sides.
  • Heat up a cast iron grill pan on the stove. Brush pan with vegetable oil.
  • Place pineapple slices on the pan and grill for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. You may have to do it in 2 batches.
  • Remove and serve immediately.
