- BURGERS
- 1 pound(s) beef
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup(s) bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 tablespoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup(s) beef broth
- 1 teaspoon(s) garlic salt
- pepper, to taste
- GRILLED SANDWICH
- 8 slice(s) of your favorite bread
- 8 slice(s) pepper jack cheese
- 1 cup(s) nacho sliced jalapenos
- - butter, margarine, or mayo
Instruction
- Cook and drain bacon. Then crumble.
- Mix burger ingredients until bacon is evenly distributed and meat soaks up liquid.
- Fire up the grill and make 4 patties.
- Grill until juices run clear or slightly pink. Cover burgers with foil to keep warm.
- Spread butter, margarine, or mayo on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place four slices of bread, butter side down in a large fry pan. Put one slice of pepper jack on each slice of bread. Divide jalapenos into four portions and top each slice with jalapenos.
- Top jalapenos with the rest of the pepper jack.
- Add rest of bread, butter side up. Fry on medium until cheese is melted.
- Open up the grilled cheese and jalapeno sandwich. Place a warm burger inside and close the sandwich. Slice down the middle. Enjoy!
