Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 peaches
  • halved and pitted
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 sprigs mint
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • Whipped cream
  • for serving
  • Honey
  • for serving
  • Sliced almonds
  • for serving

Instruction

  • In a large zip-top bag, place the peaches, olive oil, sugar, salt, cinnamon, mint, lemon juice and zest
  • Marinate peaches for 1 hour or overnight
  • Heat a grill to high
  • Once the grill is very hot, place the peaches flat-side down and cook until the peach begins to char
  • Remove peaches to a plate, flat-side up
  • Top each peach with whipped cream, a drizzle of honey and some almonds
