Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 peaches
- halved and pitted
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 sprigs mint
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- Whipped cream
- for serving
- Honey
- for serving
- Sliced almonds
- for serving
Instruction
- In a large zip-top bag, place the peaches, olive oil, sugar, salt, cinnamon, mint, lemon juice and zest
- Marinate peaches for 1 hour or overnight
- Heat a grill to high
- Once the grill is very hot, place the peaches flat-side down and cook until the peach begins to char
- Remove peaches to a plate, flat-side up
- Top each peach with whipped cream, a drizzle of honey and some almonds
