Ingredients

The following ingredients have 9 Servings
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed for 15 minutes only
  • 4 tablespoons butter, diced
  • 4 peaches, sliced
  • 1/4 cup honey

Instruction

  • Preheat grill to medium heat. On a sheet of aluminum foil add butter and peaches. Cook on grill for 12-15 minutes or until peaches are soft and tender. Set aside. Turn down grill to medium-low heat. Roll out puff pastry. Using round cookie cutter, cut 9 rounds. Place on grill, close lid and cook for 3 minutes. Open grill, flip pastry, close lid and cook for 3 more minutes. Remove to serving tray. Divide peaches among the pastries. Drizzle with honey. Serve warm and ENJOY!
