Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 200 gm Paneer (cottage cheese)
  • 1 Zucchini (small, sliced)
  • 1 Bell pepper (disced)
  • 1 cup Broccoli (sliced )
  • 8 to 10 Cherry tomatoes (half cut)
  • Few Salad leaves
  • 1 tbsp Walnut
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Lemon (juice)
  • 1-2 pinch Black pepper (crushed )
  • Salt (to taste)

Instruction

  • Take vegetables wash them and cut them
  • Take a grill pan add half tablespoon of oil and spread zucchini slices on to as shown in picture
  • Cook it for a minute and turn them you will see nice grill marks on this
  • Now add bell pepper and cook them along with broccoli and cherry tomatoes
  • season all vegetables with pepper and salt
  • Now take paneer slice and cook them for 4 to 5 minutes or till it is grilled and cooked properly from both the side
  • Take a platter arrange salad leaves on it arrange grilled vegetables place paneer slice on it sprinkle walnuts on it
  • Sprinkle some salt pepper and lemon juice on this. Serve it and enjoy
