Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 200 gm Paneer (cottage cheese)
- 1 Zucchini (small, sliced)
- 1 Bell pepper (disced)
- 1 cup Broccoli (sliced )
- 8 to 10 Cherry tomatoes (half cut)
- Few Salad leaves
- 1 tbsp Walnut
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Lemon (juice)
- 1-2 pinch Black pepper (crushed )
- Salt (to taste)
Instruction
- Take vegetables wash them and cut them
- Take a grill pan add half tablespoon of oil and spread zucchini slices on to as shown in picture
- Cook it for a minute and turn them you will see nice grill marks on this
- Now add bell pepper and cook them along with broccoli and cherry tomatoes
- season all vegetables with pepper and salt
- Now take paneer slice and cook them for 4 to 5 minutes or till it is grilled and cooked properly from both the side
- Take a platter arrange salad leaves on it arrange grilled vegetables place paneer slice on it sprinkle walnuts on it
- Sprinkle some salt pepper and lemon juice on this. Serve it and enjoy
