Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 Tbsp Walnut
- 3 sprigs parsley
- 9 ozs Oyster mushrooms (about 8)
- 2 tsps Canola oil
- salt
- coarsely ground peppers
- 1 Tbsp Walnut oil
Instruction
- Chop the walnuts. Rinse the parsley, shake dry, pluck off the leaves and chop coarsely.
- Clean oyster mushrooms and cut off the stems.
- Grease an aluminum pan with canola oil. Place oyster mushrooms in pan and place on the hot grill. Coook for 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with walnut oil, sprinkle with parsley and walnuts and serve.
