Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 Tbsp Walnut
  • 3 sprigs parsley
  • 9 ozs Oyster mushrooms (about 8)
  • 2 tsps Canola oil
  • salt
  • coarsely ground peppers
  • 1 Tbsp Walnut oil

Instruction

  • Chop the walnuts. Rinse the parsley, shake dry, pluck off the leaves and chop coarsely.
  • Clean oyster mushrooms and cut off the stems.
  • Grease an aluminum pan with canola oil. Place oyster mushrooms in pan and place on the hot grill. Coook for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with walnut oil, sprinkle with parsley and walnuts and serve.
