Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 lb. mushrooms (halved)
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp. coconut aminos
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 to 2 tbsp. fresh thyme
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Wood or metal skewers
Instruction
- In a bowl, combine the balsamic vinegar, coconut aminos, garlic cloves, and thyme; season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the mushrooms in a large bowl and pour the balsamic vinegar mixture over the mushrooms.
- Toss everything gently until well covered and marinate for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- If using wood skewers, soak them in water for at least 5 minutes.
- Skewer the mushrooms on wood or metal skewers.
- Place on the grill and cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side.
