Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 lbs Salmon cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 2 Lemons sliced thin
  • 1 Lemon sliced in half
  • Sea Salt
  • Pepper
  • EVOO

Instruction

  • Heat grill to medium heat or around 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Skewer the Lemon Slices in between the Salmon pieces
  • Brush with EVOO
  • Lightly sprinkle with Sea Salt and Pepper
  • Place the 2 Lemon halves on the grill, cut side down
  • Grill the Salmon turning occasionally until fish is opaque throughout, about 10 minutes or until internal temp is 145 degrees
  • Remove Skewers and Lemon halves from grill
  • When the Lemon halves are cooled to the touch squeeze the juice over the Salmon
  • Enjoy!
