Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 lbs Salmon cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 Lemons sliced thin
- 1 Lemon sliced in half
- Sea Salt
- Pepper
- EVOO
Instruction
- Heat grill to medium heat or around 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- Skewer the Lemon Slices in between the Salmon pieces
- Brush with EVOO
- Lightly sprinkle with Sea Salt and Pepper
- Place the 2 Lemon halves on the grill, cut side down
- Grill the Salmon turning occasionally until fish is opaque throughout, about 10 minutes or until internal temp is 145 degrees
- Remove Skewers and Lemon halves from grill
- When the Lemon halves are cooled to the touch squeeze the juice over the Salmon
- Enjoy!
