Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp chopped fresh Rosemary
  • 2 tsp Kosher salt

Instruction

  • Cut chicken fillets in half lengthwise. Place in a large bowl along with oil, salt, lemon juice, Rosemary and garlic. Marinate for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator.
  • Grill for 10-15 min or until no longer pink in the middle.
