Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 1/2 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1/4 cup White Cooking Wine
  • 1/4 cup EVOO
  • 2 Tbs chopped fresh Mint Leaves
  • Zest of 1 Lemon (about 2 Tbs)
  • Juice from 1 Lemon (about 2 Tbs)
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt

Instruction

  • Combine all ingredients of the marinade in a small bow and whisk together
  • Place Chicken in a large ziplock bag
  • Pour marinade over Chicken, seal bag, and refrigerate at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours
  • Heat grill to 450 degrees
  • Remove Chicken from bag and place the Chicken on the grill
  • Cover and cook 8 minutes
  • Turn the Chicken over and cook 8 minutes
  • Place Chicken on a platter and cover with aluminum foil, let rest 10 minutes
  • Slice Chicken and serve
