Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 6 small pieces)
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instruction

  • Mix together olive oil, lemon & lime juice, garlic, salt, pepper and onion.
  • Put chicken in a Ziploc bag and pour marinade over it. Allow to marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Place chicken on preheated grill (400 degrees) and cook for about 10 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is no longer pink.
  • Allow the chicken to rest for 3-5 minutes, then serve.
  • Store any leftovers in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
