Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 2-4 Tbsps Sriracha (more or less depending on spice preference)
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs (or breasts)
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • kosher salt, pepper, crushed red pepper flakes

Instruction

  • In a bowl combine honey, Sriracha, and soy sauce. Whisk together until evenly mixed. Set aside.
  • Put the chicken in a gallon size plastic bag, add the olive oil, kosher salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes. Massage the bag until evenly mixed.
  • Preheat the grill over medium high heat. Place the chicken on the grill for 3 minutes, flip and brush with honey Sriracha mixture.
  • Flip again after 3 minutes and brush that side with the honey Sriracha mixture. Flip and brush again after 2 more minutes, and once more flip and brush after 2 minutes.
  • Serve with the remaining honey Sriracha sauce on the side for dipping.
