Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 lb Jumbo Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 tsp Rice Vinegar
- 1/4 cup EVOO
- 5 cloves minced Garlic
- 3 Tbs Honey
- 1 1/2 Tbs Lime Juice (approximately 1 lime)
- Dash of Red Pepper Flakes
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 4 Limes sliced into large chunks
Instruction
- In a medium bowl add Rice Vinegar, EVOO, Garlic, Honey, Lime Juice, Red Pepper Flakes, Salt, and Pepper.
- Whisk together
- Add Shrimp and marinade in fridge for 30 minutes
- Place Shrimp and Lime wedges onto skewers
- Grill at 425 degrees
- Cook 3-4 minutes on each side or until Shrimp is fully cooked
