Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 lb Jumbo Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup EVOO
  • 5 cloves minced Garlic
  • 3 Tbs Honey
  • 1 1/2 Tbs Lime Juice (approximately 1 lime)
  • Dash of Red Pepper Flakes
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 4 Limes sliced into large chunks

Instruction

  • In a medium bowl add Rice Vinegar, EVOO, Garlic, Honey, Lime Juice, Red Pepper Flakes, Salt, and Pepper.
  • Whisk together
  • Add Shrimp and marinade in fridge for 30 minutes
  • Place Shrimp and Lime wedges onto skewers
  • Grill at 425 degrees
  • Cook 3-4 minutes on each side or until Shrimp is fully cooked
  • Enjoy!
