Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 250 g Halloumi
  • 4 flatbreads
  • 4 tbsp hummus
  • 4 tbsp tzatziki
  • 20 g Rocket (arugula)
  • 1 Red bell pepper (sliced)
  • 0.5 Red onion (sliced)
  • 4 Olives (sliced)
  • 4 tsp Pomegranate jewels
  • 4 tsp Honey

Instruction

  • Slice the halloumi about 1cm thick.
  • Add a little oil to a griddle pan and heat on low. Put the halloumi on to a griddle pan and cook for 3 minutes each side.
  • Sprinkle the flatbreads with a little cold water and place under the grill until heated. Spread the flatbread with hummus or tzatziki then fill with chopped salad, sliced olives, the halloumi, honey and pomegranate jewels.
