Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 250 g Halloumi
- 4 flatbreads
- 4 tbsp hummus
- 4 tbsp tzatziki
- 20 g Rocket (arugula)
- 1 Red bell pepper (sliced)
- 0.5 Red onion (sliced)
- 4 Olives (sliced)
- 4 tsp Pomegranate jewels
- 4 tsp Honey
Instruction
- Slice the halloumi about 1cm thick.
- Add a little oil to a griddle pan and heat on low. Put the halloumi on to a griddle pan and cook for 3 minutes each side.
- Sprinkle the flatbreads with a little cold water and place under the grill until heated. Spread the flatbread with hummus or tzatziki then fill with chopped salad, sliced olives, the halloumi, honey and pomegranate jewels.
