Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup diced peaches
  • 1/2 cup onion (i used red)
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger (I use Garden Gourmet ginger paste)
  • Juice from one lime
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 1.25 pounds turkey tenderloins

Instruction

  • Add peaches, onion, ginger, lime juice and honey to a small food processor or blender and process until smooth. Add 1 cup of the peach mixture and turkey tenderloins to a large
  • Add 1 cup of the peach mixture and turkey tenderloins to a large ziploc bag. Reserve remaining half cup of the peach mixture and store it in the fridge. 
  • Reserve remaining half cup of the peach mixture and store it in the fridge. 
  • Let marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight. 
  • Preheat grill to medium (about 400 degrees F). 
  • Grill tenderloins for 10-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. 
  • You can brush some of the reserved mixture on while grilling, or save to serve as a sauce when serving.
