Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup diced peaches
- 1/2 cup onion (i used red)
- 2 tsp fresh ginger (I use Garden Gourmet ginger paste)
- Juice from one lime
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 1.25 pounds turkey tenderloins
Instruction
- Add peaches, onion, ginger, lime juice and honey to a small food processor or blender and process until smooth. Add 1 cup of the peach mixture and turkey tenderloins to a large
- Add 1 cup of the peach mixture and turkey tenderloins to a large ziploc bag. Reserve remaining half cup of the peach mixture and store it in the fridge.
- Reserve remaining half cup of the peach mixture and store it in the fridge.
- Let marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat grill to medium (about 400 degrees F).
- Grill tenderloins for 10-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
- You can brush some of the reserved mixture on while grilling, or save to serve as a sauce when serving.
