Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tbsp. smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tbsp. chili powder
  • 2 tbsp. fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 2 green onions (sliced)
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instruction

  • Preheat a grill to 425 F.
  • Season each chicken drumstick to taste with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • In a bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, paprika, chili powder, and fresh parsley.
  • Brush the drumsticks with the garlic-paprika mixture evenly on all sides.
  • Place the drumsticks on the preheated grill.
  • Grill for 30 to 35 minutes, turning every 5 or 6 minutes and brushing with the remaining sauce.
  • Serve topped with green onions.
