Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tbsp. smoked paprika
- 1/2 tbsp. chili powder
- 2 tbsp. fresh parsley (chopped)
- 2 green onions (sliced)
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instruction
- Preheat a grill to 425 F.
- Season each chicken drumstick to taste with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, paprika, chili powder, and fresh parsley.
- Brush the drumsticks with the garlic-paprika mixture evenly on all sides.
- Place the drumsticks on the preheated grill.
- Grill for 30 to 35 minutes, turning every 5 or 6 minutes and brushing with the remaining sauce.
- Serve topped with green onions.
