Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup(s) white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup(s) Wesson oil (canola oil is fine)
  • 2 tablespoon(s) salt
  • 3 teaspoon(s) poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) ground black pepper
  • 4 large chicken breasts for grilling (can use quarters as well)

Instruction

  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Place in a leak-proof Ziploc gallon bag or covered glass dish. Marinate chicken overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Grill over hot coals or gas grill turning and brushing chicken with marinade until done. Depending on the size of the chicken it could take about an hour.
