Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup(s) white vinegar
- 1/2 cup(s) Wesson oil (canola oil is fine)
- 2 tablespoon(s) salt
- 3 teaspoon(s) poultry seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) ground black pepper
- 4 large chicken breasts for grilling (can use quarters as well)
Instruction
- Mix all ingredients.
- Place in a leak-proof Ziploc gallon bag or covered glass dish. Marinate chicken overnight in the refrigerator.
- Grill over hot coals or gas grill turning and brushing chicken with marinade until done. Depending on the size of the chicken it could take about an hour.
