  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt (to taste)
  • 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 naan flatbreads
  • 1-2 tablespoons arugula pistachio pesto
  • 1 cup grated fontina cheese
  • 4 slices prosciutto (torn into pieces)
  • 1 medium nectarine (seeded and sliced)
  • 1 cup loosely packed arugula
