Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 Pork loin chops (medium cut boneless)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Chinese Five spice (ground)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce ((we used tamari to keep it gluten-free))
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 3 cloves Garlic fresh (peeled and minced)
  • 1 tsp Steak Seasoning ((or salt and black pepper or Mr. Dash to taste))
  • 1.5 cups Cherry Ginger Salsa

Instruction

  • Place pork loin chops, olive oil, Chinese five spice, Tamari (soya) sauce, balsamic vinegar, garlic and seal bag and mix well. Refrigerate at least 2 hours to marinate or overnight
  • Take the marinated pork loin chops out of the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes to allow to come to room temperature.
  • Preheat grill, place marinated five spiced pork loin chops on the grill. Season both sides with steak seasoning (or salt and pepper or Mrs. Dash) to taste. Cook for approximately 4 minutes on each side total of 8 minutes depending on the thickness of your pork loins. The goal is to bring your pork to 145 degrees F internal temperature and then take off grill and let rest for 5 minutes. If you have bone in chops they will need a few more minutes longer to cook.
  • Top your grilled five spiced pork loin chops with fresh cherry ginger salsa and enjoy.
