Ingredients
The following ingredients have 5 Servings
- 1 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoon tumeric
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2-3 pounds lamb, cubed
- salt and pepper to taste
Instruction
- Mix all marinade ingredients, add lamb, marinate up to 24 hours. I use a sturdy plastic ziplock bag. If you want it spicier I recommend adding red pepper flakes as well.
- Salt and pepper the lamb, grill 5 or so minutes per side. I like pink in the middle.
