Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 to 3 pound(s) peeled shrimp
  • 1 package(s) Weber Grill Creations Chipotle Marinade
  • 1 large poblano, seeded & sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 medium avocado, peeled, seeded, and cut into chunks
  • 1 cup(s) purple cabbage, shredded
  • - cilantro, for garnishing
  • as desired - pepper jack cheese, shredded
  • as desired - sour cream
  • tortillas

Instruction

  • Marinate the shrimp in the chipotle marinade for 30 minutes.
  • While the shrimp sit in the marinade. Shred the cabbage. Peel, remove the seeds and cut the avocados into chunks.
  • Grill the peppers and onions.
  • Grill the shrimp until translucent, about 2 minutes on each side.
  • Grill tortillas until slightly browned about 20 seconds per side.
  • You can also top your tacos with shredded cheese, sour cream, and a sprig of cilantro.
