Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 pound chicken breast, (boneless, skinless)
  • 2 cloves garlic, (pressed)
  • 1 tablespoon herbes de provence
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar
  • 1 teaspoon celtic sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle chili powder
  • 1 cup orange juice, (freshly squeezed)

Instruction

  • Place chicken in a 7 x 11 inch baking dish
  • Pour orange juice over chicken breasts
  • In a small bowl, combine garlic, herbes de provence, honey, salt, and chipotle, then rub mixture onto chicken breasts
  • Marinate chicken in refrigerator, time permitting for up to 5 hours
  • Place chicken breasts on a plate, and reserve marinade
  • Heat grill and cook chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until browned and cooked in the center
  • Cook marinade, bringing to a boil, then reduce heat and cook for 10-15 minutes
  • Serve chicken with marinade
