The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 large garlic cloves
- 2 1/2 cups fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 1/4 cup Bertolli Chianti Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
- 2 lbs red potatoes
- 3/4 cup finely chopped red onion (about 1/2 onion)
- 1/2 cup chopped radishes
- 1/2 cup chimichurri sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped flat leaf parsley
- 1/3 cup fresh dill sprigs
- kosher salt (to taste)
