Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup chile de arbol (cleaned and roasted)
- 6 tomatillos (cleaned and grilled)
- 3 roma tomatoes (cleaned and grilled)
- 2 garlic cloves (roasted)
- 1 tablespoon corn oil
- 1 teaspoon seas salt
- 1/2 cup boiling water
Instruction
- Clean the tomatillos and the chiles de arbol removing the stem.
- Prepare the grill and grill the tomatoes and the tomatillos
- Roast the garlic cloves and the chiles de arbol using corn oil.
- Place all ingredients in a pan and add boiling water. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes and blend.
- Pour the sauce in a serving bowl or preserve using the canning technique.
