Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4- (4-)ounce boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons nonfat plain greek yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instruction

  • Grill chicken breasts 8-10 minutes or until cooked through; set aside and keep warm.
  • In a small saucepan, combine the mustard, tarragon, scallions and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, season with salt and pepper; then remove from heat.
  • Whisk in the yogurt until smooth; then pour the sauce over the chicken.
