Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 large Potatoes
- 1/2 large chicken breast
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped white or red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped sour pickles
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1/8 teaspoon smoked paprika (a little more for garnish)
Instruction
- Start by firing up the grill. Go for a medium heat.
- Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise.
- Brush the potatoes and chicken with olive oil. Then sprinkle the chicken liberally with salt and pepper. Nothing more.
- Grill until the potatoes are fork tender and the chicken is cooked through. Remove from the grill and set aside to cool.
- Cut the potatoes and chicken into bite sized pieces.
- Add all the remaining ingredients and toss until well coated.
- Chill for at least four hours.Serve and enjoy!
