Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 Large Peaches (unripe, or 3 small peaches)
- 1/2 cup Mascarpone Cheese (Softened)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- Dark chocolate ( of your choice. Choose your amount.)
- 8 slices bread
- Cooking spray
- 3 sprigs mint leaves (, chopped)
Instruction
- Slice the peaches into thin and circular strips
- In a bowl add the butter and peaches. Coat well
- Heat a medium pan over medium to high heat
- Add the butter and the peaches
- Let them cook for about 4-5 minutes until the peaches become soft
- Add the chopped mint leaves
- Add the brown sugar and stir well. Be sure to coat all the peaches completely
- Cook until the peaches are completely caramelized and most of the sugar is turned solid
