Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 Large Peaches (unripe, or 3 small peaches)
  • 1/2 cup Mascarpone Cheese (Softened)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • Dark chocolate ( of your choice. Choose your amount.)
  • 8 slices bread
  • Cooking spray
  • 3 sprigs mint leaves (, chopped)

Instruction

  • Slice the peaches into thin and circular strips
  • In a bowl add the butter and peaches. Coat well
  • Heat a medium pan over medium to high heat
  • Add the butter and the peaches
  • Let them cook for about 4-5 minutes until the peaches become soft
  • Add the chopped mint leaves
  • Add the brown sugar and stir well. Be sure to coat all the peaches completely
  • Cook until the peaches are completely caramelized and most of the sugar is turned solid
