Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 lb alligator sirloin
  • ½ Tbsp olive oil ((extra virgin))
  • 2 Tbsp Cajun seasoning ((see recipe or use your favorite brand))

Instruction

  • To get started, rinse and pat the alligator sirloin dry and then cut it into 1-inch bite-size chunks.
  • Next, toss the alligator pieces with olive oil and seasoning, then set aside at room temperature for 40 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, clean, oil, and preheat your grill to high heat (450°F to 650°F).
  • Skewer the seasoned alligator bites and grill for 5 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and are a nice golden-brown color.
  • Once cooked, remove the skewers from the grill and serve immediately.
