Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 thin cut turkey cutlets
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 Tbsp. hot sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. shredded carrots
  • 2 Tbsp. blue cheese crumbles
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 Tbsp. hot sauce

Instruction

  • Place turkey in a bowl with a lid. Pour 1/2 cup hot sauce over turkey and flip around to ensure it's completely coated. Marinate for 30 minutes to an hour in the refrigerator.
  • Meanwhile, make the filling. Stir together the cream cheese, garlic powder, seasoned salt, hot sauce, shredded carrots and blue cheese crumbles. Set aside.
  • Preheat grill to 400 degrees F. Remove turkey cutlets from the marinade and lay on a cutting board. Divide the filling evenly between the cutlets and spread. Roll up turkey and secure with toothpicks.
  • Add butter and hot sauce to a microwave safe bowl and microwave in 20 second increments until melted. Whisk together.
  • Insert a meat thermometer into thickest part of the turkey and place on preheated grill. Baste with the buffalo sauce. Cook for 5 minutes. Flip, baste and cook another 5 minutes. Flip, baste and cook another 5 minutes, or until temperature has reached 165 degrees F.
