Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • kosher salt, pepper
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 cup green onions (sliced)

Instruction

  • Cut each chicken breast in half lengthwise, creating 4 thinner pieces of chicken. Place chicken in a gallon size bag with 1/2 cup of the buffalo sauce, kosher salt, and pepper. Marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  • Grill the chicken over medium high heat 5 minutes per side, brush with remaining 1/2 cup buffalo sauce several times and again right before serving.
  • Top the chicken with sour cream, blue cheese crumbles, and green onions.
