Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 1 12 oz bag Raw, Peeled, Deveined, Tail-On, Extra Large Shrimp, thawed
  • 1 pineapple
  • 1 c. BBQ sauce
  • 1 Tbsp BBQ Seasoning
  • Toothpicks

Instruction

  • Cut pineapple into chunks
  • Thread one shrimp and one pineapple chunk onto each toothpick.Place on plate. Brush each bite with half of BBQ sauce then sprinkle with half of seasoning.
  • Heat grill to medium heat. Place bites, BBQ side down, on grill. Brush the top side of each bite with remaining BBQ sauce and sprinkle with remaining seasoning. Grill 3-4 minutes then flip bites over. Grill additional 3-4 minutes or until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
