Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 ½ pounds ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic (diced)
- 3 tablespoons onion (diced)
- 2 tablespoon barbecue sauce (plus more for brushing)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon steak seasoning
- Hamburger buns (for serving)
- Sliced cheese, lettuce, tomato, and your favorite burger toppings (for serving)
Instruction
- In a large bowl, mix all burger ingredients together until just combined.
- Shape the meat into 4 equal-sized patties. Use your thumb to make an indentation in the center of each patty.
- Grill the burgers over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes on each side, until they reach your desired doneness.
- During the last minute of cooking, brush the tops of the burgers with a little more barbecue sauce. If topping the burgers with cheese, add the cheese and allow it to slightly melt.
- Remove the burgers from the grill and allow them to rest for a few minutes. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings and enjoy.
