Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken ((we used thighs))
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • 2 Limes juice and zest
  • 3 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 3 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 green onions (chopped)
  • 2 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
  • 1 Lime juice and zest
  • 1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 Green Onions (Chopped)
  • 2 tablespoon Basil (Chopped )
  • 2 Cloves Garlic (Minced)

Instruction

  • Combine the marinade ingredients in a baggie or container and add chicken.
  • Marinate for at least 1 hour to overnight.
  • Preheat grill to medium heat.
  • Grill (in batches if needed) for 7 minutes on each side or until chicken reaches at least 170 degrees and allow to rest for 3 minutes before cutting.
  • Meanwhile combine the dressing ingredients in a medium bowl.
  • Slice chicken into bite sized pieces and pour dressing over top before serving.
