Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 to 6 portobello mushrooms (stems removed)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • Fresh basil (to serve)
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instruction

  • Place the mushrooms in a marinating container.
  • In a bowl, combine the olive oil, and balsamic vinegar, and generously season to taste.
  • Pour the balsamic sauce over the mushrooms, and marinate for 1 to 2 hours.
  • Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  • Grill the mushrooms for 3 to 4 minutes per side.
  • Serve with fresh basil.
