Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 teaspoons 100% maple syrup, (optional)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon green tea matcha powder
- 4 tablespoons chia seeds
- pineapple chunks and unsweeteend coocnut for topping
Instruction
- Place the first four ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds.
- Pour into a bowl and stir in chia seeds. Mix well and cover with a lid.
- It may look watery, but allow it to sit overnight (or at least a few hours) for it to thicken.
- After it thickens, arrange in layers for parfait. Enjoy!
