Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1 cup strong green tea (use 2-3 tea bags)
  • 1 small green apple (peeled, cored and roughly chopped)
  • 1/2 banana (peeled)
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 tablespoon ginger (peeled and grated)
  • 1/4 cup silken tofu
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Instruction

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
