  • 2/3 cup of hot water (just under boiling temp.)
  • 1/2 - 2/3 cup brewed strong Sencha tea (or your favorite green tea)
  • 6 - 8 oz frozen strawberries (about 1 - 1 1/2 cup whole strawberries)
  • 1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp all natural almond butter
  • 1 - 2 tbsp honey
