Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup chopped mango
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh pineapple
- 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
- 2 cups spinach - or a cup each of spinach and kale
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 teaspoon elderberry syrup
- 2 tablespoons Barlean’s Omega Swirl (my favorite!)
- 2 tablespoon greens powder
Instruction
- Into the blender, add the vanilla almond milk and banana.
- Pulse to combine.
- After that, add the ice, mango, pineapple, strawberries and spinach and pulse 3-4 times until the mixture begins to puree.
- Taste for sweetness and add honey (or other sweetener) as needed.
- Puree until smooth and creamy.
- If the mixture is too thick, add a splash more almond milk until the smoothie is your desired consistency.
