Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 cup chopped green olives
  • 4 to 5 chopped garlic cloves
  • 2 to 3 chopped green chillies
  • 1 tbsp Nigella seeds
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
  • Few Basil Leaves chopped
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil + Extra for the Parathas
  • Water as needed

Instruction

  • Mix salt and 1 tablespoon olive oil in the flour and mix well.
  • Add the chopped olives, garlic cloves, nigella seeds, chilli flakes and basil leaves.
  • Add water and knead it into a smooth dough.Divide the dough into equal parts and keep aside.
  • Heat a non stick Tawa . Roll each small portion into a flat bread abnd shallow fry them with Olive Oil on the pre heated Tawa.
  • Serve with Dip of your choice and a glass of Orange Juice.
