Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ⅓ cup finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 3 tablespoons finely minced fresh chives or green onions
  • 2 tablespoons anchovy paste
  • 3 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ⅛ teaspoon dry mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic (finely minced or grated)

Instruction

  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir until thoroughly mixed. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to combine.
  • Optional: Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend for a uniform green color.
