Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- ⅓ cup finely chopped fresh parsley
- 3 tablespoons finely minced fresh chives or green onions
- 2 tablespoons anchovy paste
- 3 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ⅛ teaspoon dry mustard
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 clove garlic (finely minced or grated)
Instruction
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir until thoroughly mixed. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to combine.
- Optional: Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend for a uniform green color.
