Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup chopped spinach (you can also use frozen spinach)
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 small pieces of ginger
  • 1/2 cup frozen bananas
  • Ice Cubes

Instruction

  • Firstly, remove the frozen mangoes and bananas 15 minutes prior to your preparation time.
  • 2 Further, arrange all the smoothie ingredients in a large bowl and keep it aside.
  • Finally, place all the ingredients in a blender, add ice cubes and blend well till it becomes smooth.
  • Serve it in 2 glasses and have it immediately.
