Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • Green Chillies – ½ Cup (washed and split vertically)
  • Vinegar – 2 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
  • Mustard Seeds – 1 ½ tsp
  • Fennel Seeds – 1 tsp
  • Carom Seeds – ½ tsp
  • Mustard Oil – 4 tbsp (boiled and cooled down)

Instruction

  • Mix green chillies, salt, turmeric powder, vinegar and cover it. keep it into sunlight for one day.
  • Heat pan and dry roast mustard seeds, fennel seeds, carom seeds together. Let it cool down and put it into the blender and coarsely ground it.
  • Add salt (if required), grounded spices, boiled mustard oil with green chillies. Mix well and keep it covered into sunlight for 2 to 3 days.
  • Store it into the air tight container and use it with your meals.
