Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 15 oz box cornbread (I used Krusteaz Honey Cornbread)
- 2 eggs
- 1 can corn (drained)
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 stick butter (melted)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 4 oz can green chiles
- 2 cups shredded cheese of choice (I used Mexican blend)
Instruction
- Put the cornbread mix, eggs, corn, creamed corn, melted butter, sour cream, and green chiles in a bowl and stir until evenly combined. Add the cheese and fold the cheese in until evenly mixed.
- Pour this mixture in a greased 9x13 casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
