Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 1/2 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained, chopped
- 1/3 cup pine nuts
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instruction
- Heat oven to 425°F. In medium bowl, toss together all ingredients. Spread mixture in ungreased 17x12-inch half-sheet pan.
- Roast uncovered 12 to 15 minutes, stirring twice, until beans are tender and browned.
