Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 1/2 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained, chopped
  • 1/3 cup pine nuts
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instruction

  • Heat oven to 425°F. In medium bowl, toss together all ingredients. Spread mixture in ungreased 17x12-inch half-sheet pan.
  • Roast uncovered 12 to 15 minutes, stirring twice, until beans are tender and browned.
