The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 2 lbs green beans, (ends trimmed and cut in half)
- 8 oz shiitake mushrooms, (stemmed and caps sliced)
- 8 oz oyster mushrooms, (large, central stem removed and cut into smaller pieces)
- 8 oz cremini mushrooms, (sliced)
- 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 10 thyme sprigs
- Kosher salt and pepper
- 4 oz unsalted butter ((1 stick))
- 1 garlic clove, (minced)
- 1 large shallot, (minced)
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 cups whole milk
- 1/2 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, (grated )
- Kosher salt and pepper
- 2 cups canola oil
- 4 large shallots, (thinly sliced and separated into rings)
- 3 Tbsp Wondra flour ((or all purpose))
