The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 2 lbs green beans, (ends trimmed and cut in half)
  • 8 oz shiitake mushrooms, (stemmed and caps sliced)
  • 8 oz oyster mushrooms, (large, central stem removed and cut into smaller pieces)
  • 8 oz cremini mushrooms, (sliced)
  • 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 10 thyme sprigs
  • Kosher salt and pepper
  • 4 oz unsalted butter ((1 stick))
  • 1 garlic clove, (minced)
  • 1 large shallot, (minced)
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, (grated )
  • Kosher salt and pepper
  • 2 cups canola oil
  • 4 large shallots, (thinly sliced and separated into rings)
  • 3 Tbsp Wondra flour ((or all purpose))
