  • 8 ounces mushrooms (thinly sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
