Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt ((I used fat-free))
  • 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
  • 2 tablespoons cookie butter ((I used creamy Biscoff Spread))
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 green apple, (cored (I used granny smith, with skin still on))
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instruction

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and whiz 'til smooth.
