- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) chopped pistachios
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) parsley, chopped
- 1 cup (250 ml) lamb lettuce, baby arugula or watercress
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) cheddar cheese, crumbled
- 1 1/2 teaspoons (7.5 ml) lime juice
- 4 teaspoons (20 ml) orange juice
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) Dijon mustard
