Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin on)
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes (sliced in half)
- 2 cups black olives
- 1 tbsp. fresh oregano leaves
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Place the chicken thighs on a baking dish.
- Drizzle olive oil all over the chicken and season to taste.
- Place in the oven and roast for 30 mins.
- Add the cherry tomatoes, olives, and oregano leaves.
- Return to the oven for another 15 to 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
